Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped by Planetarrium  Hub. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support before the shipment handling time (which is usually within 2 days of order placing date). Once an order is shipped and the shipping status of which is “IN-TRANSIT”, it cannot be canceled and must be returned as per our Return Policy.
