Refunds are usually processed within 7 days from the date of return shipment receiving at our warehouse, after conducting thorough inspection as per our return policy, and after getting satisfied for the quality checks. Once we receive, inspect, and are satisfied the returned product/item(s), we will initiate the refund to your original payment method, and/or through means which is cheaper, convenient, and faster for us to process. Kindly be aware that sometimes, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your financial account statements, depending on your/our bank or payment services provider, and in such cases we expect buyers to bear with us without causing any ruckus, as we strive to settle payments to buyer’s financial instrument up to best of our capabilities.

Refunds are only issued for eligible returns strictly as per our company’s return policy. Ineligible items/products, are not entitled for refunds, hence the buyers are suggested to read the return policy (at return policy page of the website, and/or at product page) carefully, and exercise discretion at the time of placing orders to be able to get the refund for ordered item(s).

Planetarrium  Hub does not refund the shipping charges, unless and until the return is attributed to its own error. We refund shipping charges, only if, it is duly established that the return was necessitated for reason(s) caused by Planetarrium  Hub-led decision or action. For any other reason(s)/instances, we do not issue shipping charge refunds.
