Return Policy
Planetarrium Hub offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may raise a return request for the product within this period for a replacement or refund, subject to our terms. Returns must be in original condition with all packaging material, labels, and tags intact. You need raise return request either by emailing us or by contacting our customer support number to return the product(s). However, before raising the product return request, a buyer is required to videograph the shipment, delivered by our partner courier company, and the tracking id of which is provided to buyer at the time of shipping the ordered item(s) is well labeled on the shipment, and the outer packaging material is not tampered with or is cut or torn from anywhere.
In order to get the return request approved, the buyer is required to furnish the video of shipment (as shipped by Planetarium Hub) unboxing, along with any other details, as demanded by our representative. Our representative may also provide instructions that buyers need to follow for returning the product. Additionally, be aware that the returns are subject to inspection, and only eligible products will be approved for returns, and the exchange, replacement, and/or refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy (refer relevant web page on our website).
Once the return is approved, we arrange the shipment reversal by assigning a courier company to buyer’s shipping address, which will be same where the forward shipment was originally delivered by our courier partner. All returns must be shipped from shipping address, and not anywhere else. However, in cases where we’re unable to arrange reverse/return shipment pickup, we may ask buyer to ship the return to our warehouse address, the shipping cost of which will be reimbursed by us to an admissible shipping charge limit only.
We do not accept returns for products that are damaged due to misuse, buyer attributed mishandling, alteration, normal wear and tear, and/or due to any other reason(s) which we’ve omitted to mention here clearly. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria.
